I'm beyond thankful for Graceful Beginnings Birth Doula to have attended my hospital birth!! She exceeded my expectations, she was so positive and encouraging and also very understanding. She made my birth such a wonderful experience. She was there to answer any of my questions and also share some great opinions!

As a first time mom I can't suggest having a doula more. When labor started the panic set it. Trudy was there to reassure me and bring me comfort. As labor progressed and things got harder she continued her caring support even when I felt like I couldn't do it, she encouraged me and reassured me that I could. Things took a turn and I had to have an emergency c section. Trudy continued to be there after my surgery to check on baby and I not just right after but her support and care continued for weeks after. If you're on the fence about getting a doula just do it! I promise you won't regret it.
