About Me
My Background
My name is Trudy Martens, I'm married to a wonderful man and I'm a mom to 4 beautiful children. I have always loved each individual part of childbirth, from pregnancy to the magical birth itself. I see pregnancy and birth as a miracle created by God. This has been a strong Passion in my life for as long as I can remember. I have trained diligently through Birth Arts International and personal opportunities I have had along the way. I am based here in Langton Ontario but will expand in and around the area. My Own Experiences
I have always been inspired by the strength of women and the miracle of birth. I have birthed 4 children of my own, I also had a doula with my last birth and I loved having her here. This is one of the reasons why I am becoming a professional Birth Doula. Not only is having a birth doula helpful for the mom but also for the dad.
I am proud to serve women and families throughout the Norfolk County, Oxford County and Elgin County areas.
Every woman deserves to have someone there to guide and assist them in making educated choices about their pregnancy, and remind them that they can trust the strength of their bodies during this time.
